STEP 1: Navigate to the scorecard page by tapping on the Numerik logo in the top left-hand corner.

STEP 2: Select scorecards from the side menu.

STEP 3: Then select the scorecard you wish to set reports for.

STEP 4: Once you are on the scorecard, tap the more tab which will then expose the report tab.

STEP 5: Click on the report tab at the top right of the screen.

STEP 6: Click on create report and fill out the requested fields.

STEP 7: Once you are finished select the save changes button at the bottom of the page.
