Step 1: Accessing the FY 2025 Scorecard

  1. Open Numerik and navigate to the FY 2025 Scorecard.

  2. Locate the Target Tracking section on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Opening the Hybrid Product Group Allocation

  1. Click the arrow next to Target Tracking to open the side menu.

  2. Select Hybrid Product Group Allocation from the list of options.

Step 3: Inputting Budget Numbers

Option 1: Manually Enter Numbers for Each Product Group

  1. Within the Hybrid Product Group Allocation view, select a product group.

  2. Allocate a specific budget amount to each product group.

  3. Ensure all entries are accurate before proceeding to the next group.

Option 2: Copy-Paste Data from an Excel Sheet

  1. Prepare your budget data in an Excel sheet with list sort matching Numerik’s sort order.

  2. Copy the data from Excel (ctrl c + ctrl v).

  3. Paste it directly into the allocated column in Numerik for quick allocation.

Option 3: Use Last Year’s Revenue as a Base for Allocation

  1. Once the product group list appears, start adding allocations or budgets to each product group.

  2. To copy-paste data from another column within Numerik:

    • Click on the three lines in the Allocated column.

    • Select Paste Data from Another Column.

    • Choose an option, such as last year’s revenue, to populate the base amount.

  3. Review and update the numbers for the top-performing product groups as needed.

Step 4: Handling Budget Totals

Pre-Uploaded Total Amount

  1. If management provides a total budget amount, it will already be uploaded in Numerik.

  2. Allocate the provided total across product groups as instructed.

Management Discussion for Final Amount

  1. If the total budget is undecided, discuss proposed allocations with your manager.

  2. Once a consensus is reached, input the final agreed amount into Numerik.

Step 5: Editing and Locking Budgets

  1. Budgets typically remain open for editing for a month or as per management’s preference.

  2. Make necessary adjustments during this period.

  3. Once finalized, the numbers will be locked and profiled for the monthly & quarterly scorecards.
