How to Upload Seasonality

  1. Go to Organisation

  2. Select Edit Seasonality

  3. Download the template (if required)

Preparing the File

Before uploading, you need to prepare a file that includes:

  • Financial Year

The working days should reflect:

  • Excluded weekends

  • Excluded public holidays (where applicable)

An example file for the UK (FY2026) is attached for reference:

Use this as a guide when preparing your own region’s file.

Uploading the File

  1. Ensure the file format matches the template structure.

  2. Save the file in the required format (usually .xlsx).

  3. Go to Organisation → Seasonality Upload

  4. Select the file.

  5. Click Upload.

  6. Review and confirm the upload.

Important Notes

  • The file contains exact headers as given on the upload page.

  • Ensure the financial year matches your Numerik configuration.

  • Uploading a new file may overwrite existing seasonality data for that year.
