Admin Guide: Setting Up Multiple Pipelines in Numerik

This guide walks admins through setting up and customizing pipelines in Numerik.

📍 Step 1: Navigate to Settings

Go to:

Settings → Tags / KPI / Opportunities

This is where pipeline configuration lives for admins.


➕ Step 2: Create a New Pipeline

  • Click on “Create New Pipeline”

  • A popup will appear

Fill in:

  • Pipeline Name

  • External ID (optional)

  • Choose whether to:

    • Clone from an existing pipeline

    • Or create a new one from scratch

Click Create


🛠️ Step 3: Configure Your Pipeline

Once created, you can fully customize your pipeline.

Customize Stages

  • Add new stages

  • Remove unnecessary ones

  • Reorder stages based on your workflow

Set Probabilities

  • Assign probability % to each stage

  • Helps with accurate revenue forecasting

Define Inactivity Ageing

  • Set inactivity ageing days

  • Identify stalled opportunities

  • Trigger follow-ups or alerts

Each pipeline can be customized independently, allowing you to:

  • Match different sales cycles

  • Align with team-specific workflows

  • Optimize tracking and reporting
