What’s New?
Users can now bulk scan and create Opportunities for multiple prospects or existing customers in just a few clicks.
This feature builds on Numerik’s existing Opportunity workflow.
How It Works
1. Select Customers or Prospects
From the Companies list, simply select the accounts you want to target - whether they are existing customers or new prospects identified by the AI Revenue Scanner.
2. Create Opportunities
Click on “Create Opportunities”, and a side drawer will open with the Opportunity creation form.
3. Fill in Opportunity Details
The form follows the familiar Numerik Opportunity setup, allowing you to:
Add an Opportunity name/title
Assign priority or follow-up actions
Set a close date
Assign ownership (Sales Rep)
Add notes or context
4. Define Opportunity Value
You can:
Enter a total opportunity value (quote)
Or break it down further by adding:
Product groups
Individual products
This ensures accurate value attribution, especially for conversations involving multiple items or services - just like standard Opportunity creation in Numerik.
5. Bulk Apply Across Selected Accounts
All entered details are applied across the selected customers/prospects, enabling true bulk creation without repetitive manual work.
Where to Find Your Opportunities
Once created, all Opportunities are automatically added to the Opportunity Pipeline.
Navigate via:
Sidebar → Opportunity Pipelines
Here you can:
View all newly created Opportunities
Track them across pipeline stages (Open, Awaiting Quote, Won, etc.)
Monitor progress and ownership
Smart Filtering
You can easily search using the Opportunity title you assigned to:
Quickly identify bulk-created Opportunities
Group and track campaigns or initiatives
Why This Matters

Eliminate repetitive data entry
Create multiple Opportunities in seconds
Better Pipeline Coverage
Ensure no opportunity is missed across your customer base
Scale outreach and revenue generation efforts
Flexible & Familiar
