You Asked, We Listened – New Numerik Improvements

These updates are designed to make everyday workflows easier, give your teams more flexibility, and provide greater control over how you use Numerik.

Here’s what’s new:

You can now choose how you view your Opportunities Pipeline by toggling between the Pipeline Columns view and the new List view.

The toggle is located at the top of the Opportunities page, making it quick and easy to switch between views whenever you need.

Why is this useful?

The Pipeline Columns view is great for visually tracking opportunities as they move through different stages, while the List view makes it easier to scan and review a larger number of opportunities at once.

For example, if you’re reviewing your team’s pipeline or looking through a large number of opportunities, the List view gives you a more compact way to see the information without having to move between pipeline columns.

Simply choose the view that works best for what you’re doing.

We recently introduced email notifications in Numerik following requests from many of our customers.

Based on your feedback, we’ve now taken this a step further by adding improved opt-out controls, giving users more control over the notifications they receive.

This means you can continue receiving the notifications that are useful to you while reducing unwanted or unnecessary emails.

It’s all about keeping you informed without adding extra noise to your inbox.

You can now change the author of an activity or post in Numerik.

This feature is permission-based, so please let us know if you would like it enabled for specific users in your team.

When would you use this?

This is particularly useful when an internal team member or assistant enters notes or activities on behalf of a BDM or manager. The author can now be updated to the correct person, helping ensure the activity is attributed accurately.

It can also help teams using activities as part of their KPIs, as activities can be assigned to the appropriate team member rather than the person who entered the information.
