Sales target setting and management in Numerik
STEP 1: From the top left hamburger menu, select ‘Scorecards’.
STEP 2: Click the ‘Add’ icon at the top right of the Scorecards Page.
STEP 3: Enter a name for your target.
Decide if you want to set an overall target amount or inherit the amount from a roll-up of customer allocations. Select your preference.
Select the period for your target or campaign.
Choose 'Allocate by Customer' to allocate an amount by customer. For allocating an amount per customer, per product group, select 'Hybrid allocation'. This enables drilling down into customer sales by product group to compare performance.
STEP 4: Click 'Done'. Your setup is complete if you selected 'Explicitly Set Target Amount'.
If 'Inherit From Allocation Total' was selected, proceed to enter or upload customer allocations.
STEP 5: To enter allocations directly into Numerik, go to the 'Hybrid Allocation' tab from the left-hand views menu.
STEP 6A: Either enter an allocation amount at the customer level.
STEP 6B: Or he drilldown option on each customer to enter an amount at the product group level.
STEP 7: Enter Product Group allocations in the Allocated Column.
Alternatively, you can send overall rep targets to Numerik for bulk upload after profiling these amounts to customers.
If you have pre-calculated customer allocations, you can upload them. Download the allocation template, enter the customer ID and allocation data, then click the upload icon. Drag and drop your allocation file.
