Accessing customer sales data in the Numerik app: Step-by-step
STEP 1: Tap on the Numerik logo top left of the screen.
STEP 2: Select scorecards from the side menu.
STEP 3: Select a scorecard.
STEP 4: Select the Track tab.
STEP 5: Tap on the desired customer name and then choose to break down their sales by product or product group.
STEP 6: Go through to the product groups to break sales into more specific groups, by tapping on revenue at the top right you can filter by to see your customer's sales broken down by GP, last year's sales, and many other filters.
STEP 7: Once you are finished with a drill down, click on the X at the top right to go back to your scorecard.
Find customer data using the search feature:
STEP 1: Tap on the Numerik logo top left of the screen.
STEP 2: Select search from the side menu.
STEP 3: Type in the customer's name or customer code.
STEP 4: Then tap the scorecards tab to filter the search results down to just the scorecards.
STEP 5: Tap on the scorecard you wish to review.
STEP 6: Tap on the customer name and then select to break down their sales by product or product group.
STEP 7: Go through to the product groups to break sales into more specific groups. By tapping on 'Revenue' at the top right, you can filter to see your customer's sales broken down by GP, last year's sales, and many other filters.
STEP 8: Once you are finished with a drill down, click on the X at the top right to go back to your scorecard.
