In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to effortlessly access and view invoices using the Numerik Mobile App and website. You'll gain the knowledge you need to stay on top of your financial transactions, enhance customer relationships, and maintain an organized record of your business finances.

Obtaining Invoices Using Scorecards
To access data, including current or past-year figures on an annual or monthly basis, simply select desired "SCORECARDS" within your Numerik App or on the website.
Once there, you'll find a leaderboard allowing you to choose whether you want to view invoices for specific customers, products, or suppliers. Additionally, hierarchal groups above "sales representatives" can also access invoices for each sales representative.
For example, to view an invoice for a particular customer, select the customer's name from the "Customer Leaderboard" and click on the revenue against it.
Clicking on the revenue will generate a list of all the invoices generated for that particular customer (for the above selected scorecard).
Similar can be done for "Products" or "Suppliers" leaderboard.

Please note that the invoice numbers come in the form of a hyperlink that can be clicked to access the actual invoices.
2. Obtaining Invoices Using "Search" menu.
A "Search" menu is available both on the Numerik App and Website page. This is an alternative approach, and it is advisable to use when you already have specific details about the invoice you wish to locate.
The search menu is very similar to use both on the Numerik App and the website page. It can be accessed via the dropdown menu on the top left-hand corner of the scorecard page.

Once in the 'search bar', you can type any information you have for the invoice you want to view. For example, an invoice number can easily take you to the particular transaction and invoice can be accessed.
Or searching for a "Customer name" can create a list of all the invoices generated against that customer. Clicking on the desired invoice number will easily take you to the actual invoice.
