We are happy to share that some exciting updates have been recently made to Numerik's Opportunities in Pipeline.
Created Date:
We can now view the Opportunity created date in the Opportunity details page by clicking on the Opportunity name. The created date sits under the Created by in the list of information.
Opportunity Sort & Filter:
We have a Sort & Filter option on the Numerik Pipeline screen now which gives you options to enhance your interaction with this feature.
Sorting Options:
We can now sort either from highest to lowest or vice-versa based on the different sorting options provided.
The little arrow on the far-right corner helps you decide the sort order, whereas the sorting options are as follows:
Due Date - sort based on the Opportunity due-date (closest or farthest).
Created -sort based on the date the Opportunity was created (closest or farthest).
Last Updated - sort based on when was the last time the Opportunity was updated (closest or farthest).
Follow-up - sort based on the follow-up date added to Opportunity (closest or farthest).
Status Change date - sort based on when was the last time the status was updated for an Opportunity (closest or farthest).
Probability percent - sort on the probability percent for each Opportunity, whether manually added or default used (highest or smallest).
Value - sort based on the monetary value assigned to the Opportunity (highest or lowest).
Filter Options:
There are several filter options also added in the latest update. The filter options can be used in combination with the other filter option previously available within Opportunities.
Filter date by option is used in conjunction with the time Period selector to filter out Opportunities based on 'Filter date by' for the selected time period.
For example - the image below shows that we want to filter out Opportunities that were 'Last Updated' this week.
2. We also have a brand new 'This Year' option in the Period selector to filter down all Opportunities created or due (or any other filter date by options) for current year.
3. We can also filter on Opportunities that do not have a customer name linked or assigned to it. Clicking on 'No Customer' option under the Customer filter will bring all the Opportunities without any customer name assigned to it.
User Filter:
There are also 2 recent updates made under the users filter in Opportunities.
First is the ability to view or hide deleted users in the filter option. This will allow you to view or hide deleted users from the filter list.
And second is the advanced options, that allows you to filter down the Opportunities based on Assigned to, Created by and Mentioned usernames within the Opportunity.
In the example below: We are trying to filter out all the Opportunities Created by Abigail Ince.
