Numerik's Customer Dashboards is a one stop feature to instantly access all the vital information you need right before a customer call or meeting and its Quick Insights is excellent for grabbing all the latest information about a customer.

Each of these subsections is not just for viewing; they are interactive.

  • Revenue This Month: Track the revenue generated this month to gauge current performance. Clicking on revenue amount takes you to customer scorecard. 

  • Latest Sale: When did the customer last purchase? And what did they purchase? Click through to view.

  • Pending Sales: These are the sales that have been ordered, but not yet invoiced. Handy to know what your customer has on order, before visiting them.

  • Last Forecast: How long ago was the forecast updated? Does it need to be updated again? Click through to update.

     

  • Opportunities in Progress: Does the customer have any open opportunities? Click through to see what they are, and whether they should be followed up on!

  • Last Activity: Understand the latest interactions with the customer. Be it latest posts entered or a task or an opportunity. Any latest interaction is visible upon clicking this tab.
