Key Numbers on Customer Dashboard, as the name suggests are the crucial numbers describing a customer's performance in a single glance. These key numbers are based on the scorecard you select from any live scorecards in your stack, whether monthly, quarterly or yearly.

To select/change the scorecard for Key Numbers simply click on the drop-down icon on the scorecard selector.

Once you have selected the scorecard of your preferred time period, the key numbers will update based on your selection.

The following Key numbers are available on the dashboard:

1. Total Revenue:

This key number gives you information about the total revenue generated in the selected time-period (scorecard) and also shows you the comparison to same time period last year. Green or Red indication of the performance percentage shows you whether the customer's performance has improved or declined since last year.

2. Gross Profit % & Gross Profit $:

The GP% and GP$ performance is shown in this section and the comparison to same time period last year is also shown.

3. Avg Invoice:

Average Invoice number is the system calculated average of the invoices generated for the customer in the selected scorecard/time-period (either monthly/annual or quarterly).

For example: in the given screenshot below, there are 44 invoices generated for this customer in the selected time-period, with an average of $1.59k spend per invoice.

If you click on this section, it takes you to the sales tab and gives you the option to look at those 44 invoices.

4. Target Paceline Delta:

This section shows customer's performance based on the target provided. You can see whether the customer is ahead or behind the target paceline. Click here to read more about paceline.

5. Projected Revenue:

Projected revenue is the system calculated revenue amount that is generated based on the current run-rate the customer is spending at. This number updates based on the changes in the spending run-rate of the customer.

If you are forecasting in Numerik, this section gives you a comparison to the forecast and shows you whether the customer spend is going to be higher or lower than the numbers you forecasted.

6. Revenue Ranking:

This ranking is based on the customer grouping this customer belongs to (the customer grouping name can be seen in the comparison widget underneath).

In the example screenshot below, the customer grouping for the Richard Oliver Customers has 11 customers and this customer is on 4th rank. The upward arrow in green with 2 indicates that customer has climbed 2 ranks since last year.

7. Purchased Line Items:

This section shows you how many SKUs/Line items/Products are purchased by this customer and also shows a comparison to same time period last year.

You can click anywhere on this section and it takes you to the product leaderboard where you can find out which line items are purchased and not purchased this year.

The line items that are purchased this year will have a revenue amount against them, and either will be green or red (either spent more or less on the product compared to last year).

The line items that are dropped (not purchased) this year can be found by scrolling down and finding the ones with the watermark (dotted line) but no colour (green or red) or revenue against them.

In the screenshot below, the items not purchased by this customer this year are shown.

You can click on the watermarks to check how much revenue was generated last year for each product.
