The biggest movement in product (Swing $) widget gives you the product purchase-based performance of the selected customer. In a quick glance you can see the top and bottom 5 products for the customer compared to same time period last year, this helps highlight the products that the customer has dropped off or stopped buying. An opportunity to get them buying those products again. Or even to check if some products have been replaced by others in the list.

The top 5 products are the ones in green and they are the products whose purchase has increased the most for the selected customer compared to same time period last year.

The delta (difference) amount by which the product spent has been increased is also given on the right side of the widget.

The bottom 5 products are similarly the products whose purchase has decline the most compared to the same time period last year. They are shown in red in the widget and the negative amount is the decline in the purchase amount.

We can select ''view all'' to look at the full list of top and bottom products instead of just top & bottom 5 products.

Clicking on 'view all' takes us to the list of highest swing amount and clicking once on 'Highest' will change our sort order to the lowest swing numbers. These are the products whose purchase has been declined most since last year.

The leaderboard also gives us the total changes in customer spend numbers (whether the purchase has increased or decreased).

In the current example - the overall purchase has decreased by $21.1k, which shown in the red bar on top of the leaderboard.

If TY (This Year) purchase is more than LY (Last Year), then the bar will show a positive amount in green.
