We are excited to announce the launch of Numerik's Organization Dashboard—a powerful tool designed to provide a comprehensive view of your sales performance, key metrics, and team activity at a glance. This new feature offers several customizable and intuitive elements that make tracking and analysing your data more effective than ever and is available at organisational to all of the sales team.

Key Features of the Organization Dashboard

  1. Interactive Sales Graph The dashboard includes a graph that visually represents current sales data, sourced from the selected scorecard. You can easily toggle between different scorecards, whether they are currently active or recently closed, to gain an overview of performance trends and ensure you're on track to meet your goals.

    • Sales Forecast vs. Target: The graph shows actual sales, forecasted sales, and target sales, helping users see where they stand against their goals. Color-coded areas provide clear progress indicators, with green indicating above-target performance and red signaling areas that need attention.

    • Time Tracking: With a countdown feature (e.g., "76 Days left"), the dashboard helps teams stay on track by showing how much time remains to meet monthly or quarterly targets.

  2. Quick Insight Numbers Positioned directly on the sales graph; these numbers provide real-time insights into your performance. See key metrics like revenue, target completion, and pipeline health, helping you make faster and more informed decisions.

  3. Key Numbers The default key numbers, such as total revenue ($446.5k), gross profit percentage (43%), and value of open opportunities ($240k), provide an overview of essential business metrics. These numbers are supplemented by dynamic comparisons showing percentage changes from the previous year.

  4. Customisable Widgets tailored to your organization's needs. For instance, if you want to track the percentage of sales for your own brand compared to others, simply add that metric to the dashboard for quick reference. This ensures that the data displayed aligns perfectly with your business priorities.

  5. Flexible Leaderboards are fully customizable, allowing you to create as many as needed to compare sales performance across reps, teams, product groups, or customers. You can also apply filters to drill down into specific data, such as filtering by product group or customer segment.

    • The Top 10 Rep Leaderboard ranks sales representatives by their revenue variance to target, with clear green or red bars indicating whether they are above or below their targets. This provides a quick visual snapshot of team performance.

  6. Enhanced Forecasting and Projections The dashboard also includes tools for comparing actual sales against projections. This feature allows businesses to monitor how close they are to meeting their future goals and adjust strategies accordingly.

With the Organization Dashboard, you gain more than just numbers—you gain actionable insights to drive your sales strategy forward. Whether you're tracking rep performance, identifying opportunities for growth, or monitoring real-time sales trends, this tool offers a flexible and dynamic approach to managing your business.
