We are excited to announce a new feature in the Opportunities in Numerik Pipeline.
Introducing "Ageing Opportunities" – a feature designed to help you monitor your Opportunities effectively.
This feature highlights an opportunity that hasn't been updated within a specified timeframe. You can set the allowable time period for each stage in the admin settings. Once an Opportunity exceeds this period, it will be highlighted in yellow.
For example - if we set the inactivity ageing threshold to be 30 days for all Open opportunities, then the Opportunities that are not updated for 30 days or more (exceeding the threshold) will turn yellow, highlighting the ageing criteria.
And once the Aged Opportunity (yellow) is updated, it reverts back to original white colour, refreshing the threshold to next 30 days.
This information is also visible in the Opportunities information page, where you can see for how many days the Opportunity has been in this status and also the date of the last status update.
This enhancement ensures that older opportunities can no longer be forgotten about and keeps the pipeline updated.
